1. Mera Naam Joker (1970):

At first, this movie was the flop movie during the first release – it was just too long, with run time over 5 hours. But again after re-editing the movie they released the compressed version, ended up as one of the most successful films of all times.

5. Garam Hawa (1973):

The film is about a Muslim family that decides to remain in India after the partition. This is probably one of the most sensitive films based on Indo-Pak partition on 1947. This movie was also nominated for the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival.  This masterpiece won a National Film Award and three Filmfare Awards as well.

8. Amar Prem (1973):
