Soorma Box Office Collection: Diljit Stardom in North India

Soorma Full Movie Download

Diljit Dosanjh's film 'Soorma' got stuck in the box office for the first time in its hold. There were speculations that the 'Soorma' film would make a strong grip on the box office, but seeing the first-day collection, it seems that it would be difficult to get the budget of 'Soorma'.

'Soorma' is the biopic of Sandeep Singh, former captain of the film hockey. Sandeep Singh's character in the film is being played by Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh, while Taapsee Pannu plays the role of his love interest; Harpreet. On the first day, 30 to 35 percent of the audiences were seen in the movie in the cinema halls, which had a slight adverse effect on the first-day box-office collection of 'Soorma'.

Film critic Taran Adarsh said "Soorma" on the first day of collection to about 32.5 million. Seeing this, it can be said that the film has failed to attract people towards it.

After a slow start in morning shows [North India opening was good due to Diljit Dosanjh’s stardom], #Soorma gathered momentum from evening onwards... Is looking at substantial growth on Sat and Sun thanks to strong word of mouth... Fri 3.25 cr. India biz.

Diljit's 'Soorma', which has a budget of Rs 30 crore, got 1100 and Worldwide 335 screens in India. That is, in total, 'Soorma' has been released on 1435 screens. Before the Soorma box office, many films related to the game have been released, including biopic. The names of these films are part Bhag Milkha Bhag, Mary Kom, and Chak De India. The collection of all these was vigorous, in such a way that 'Soorma' will be able to strengthen its hold in the days to come or not, it will tell time only.

Apart from Diljit Dosanjh in 'Soorma', Taapsee Pannu is in the lead role. Shaad Ali directed 'Soorma' while Deepak Singh and Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh have produced. Bollywood dignitaries had felicitously praised 'Soorma', but seeing box office collection can be said to be that the first-day 'Soorma' failed to pull the audience.
